Manateq Headquarter

Manateq Headquarters is our first place winning entry for the international design competition launched by Manateq in 2014. The intent was to put forward a design concept that integrated all the criteria and requirements of flexibility and functionality through a design approach that aimed to give the building a unique identity as the anchoring Landmark in the overall context of the Master Plan developed for Ras Bufontas and its connection to the NDIA (New Doha International Airport).
The architectural challenge was therefore to achieve the perfect balance between an emblematic building and a functional building, between a recognizable beacon and a comfortable work space by attempting to bridge and marry emergent technologies with vernacular principles so as to create a structure that is distinctly unique and geographically coherent.
