Amman Jordan

Strategically located at the intersection of the pedestrian network and interacting with the Boulevard Nabulsi piazza in Amman, this office building compensates its limited size by the mastermind of its design, elevating creativity to a new level.

The "three-to-the-power-ten" building meets the challenge of creating an innovative dynamic facade while abiding by strict building restrictions through motorized textile skins along the three visible facades of the building. The result is a uniquely ever-changing trompe-l'oeil effect, creating multiple buildings out of one and shaping the ever-changing landscape of a major Amman Business Central District area. The innovative outer building design is met with polyvalent open space platforms for office use and a car park accessible through a car elevator.
