As part of the Master Plan for the Sabra and Chatila district, the Jalloul residential project aimed to attract private development and investment to the southern suburbs of Beirut. The development proposed middle class housing as part of 47 residential buildings offering a total of 675 apartments of multiple sizes. A number of shops were also proposed in addition to underground parking, allowing for green and leisure areas to spread all across the project.
